Mr Chia Shen Thye was born in Kota Tinggi, Johor in 1971. He married his wife Lily Tan in 1995 and had three sons and one daughter.

Professional Training Experience

– A well-known motivational lecturer for UPSR in Chinese Primary School, gives pre-test motivational lectures to thousands of test-prep candidates every year.

– The trainer of “Little Leaders” in Chinese Primary School. He trains high-quality little leaders through lively activities.

– He has many years of practical experience in planning and hosting children’s camps, youth camps, and leadership training camps for the past 25 years, many students have benefited from his excellent training.

– Good at training workplace and campus leaders in the form of “experience activity education”, and use simple activities to tell what students need to know.

– Often invited to give parent-child talk in primary and secondary schools, and conduct serious topics through relaxing activities, which are well received.

– In music ministry, music training is often given to schools and church groups.

– He has written 3 sets of Christian Children’s Chorus Albums “Rainbow Boat”, “God’s Creation” and “Children’s Heart Singing”.
