至诚邀请您出席，由新加坡 (星洲) 與新山18名畫家首次聯辦的寫生交流畫展，展出的逾30件作品都是兩地畫家今年1月透過3天2夜接力寫生活動，從 #峇株巴轄、#麻坡到馬六甲，將所見所聞盡“畫”眼簾的創作。參展畫家希望透過作品，讓峇株民眾發掘大城小鎮的純樸民情與當地風情。

這次參展畫家，包括 #10名新加坡畫家及8名新山畫家。其中，#劉培和老師是新加坡第二代資深水彩畫家，作品被新加坡、台灣、大馬、中國、日本、越南、泰國、印尼、韓國、法國和英國等地收藏家和部分機構收藏。

“星新藝術接力巡展”將于本月26日（星期一）傍晚6時 30分开幕，邀請 #峇株巴轄多元藝術協會主席王平主持開幕，歡迎大眾踴躍出席，並與畫家近距離交流談藝術。

參展畫家將在本月27日早上在峇株巴轄老街寫生畫畫，歡迎大家一起參與。

You are cordially invited to Visit Singapore & JSW ART TOUR Exhibition on 26 March to 9 April 2018 in Viana Academy of Art, located at Jalan Fatimah, Batu Pahat.

This Exhibition will showcase 10 Singapore Artists and 8 JSW Artists’ artworks selected from their sketchwalk event in Batu Pahat, Muar & Melacca during January 2018.

The Singapore group of Artists will be lead by Mr. Low Puay Hua (刘培和), a well-known Singapore watercolourist who graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 1965 and works with oil and Chinese ink as well. He participated in numerous group exhibitions locally and also overseas, such as in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Macau, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, England and France.

His works gained recognition through awards that he received over the years, such as “Artist of the Year 2010” awarded at the Teochew Artists Exhibition (2010); Silver Medal at Salon Des Artistes, France (1986); and National Day Art Exhibition Award (1978).
