Scope of Cover

To provide 24-hours protection for your cats or dogs against accidental injury or death in accordance with the table of benefits below.

Section A
Death Due to Injury Arising from Accident.
Up to RM 5,000 – Death from Accident.
(Maximum Benefit per Policy Period)

Section B
Reimbursement of Veterinarian Expenses.
Up to RM 250 – Fees per Visit
RM 2,500 – Maximum Limit
(Maximum Benefit per Policy Period)

Section C
Reimbursement of Local Advertising Cost.
Up to RM 600 – Local Advertising and / or Reward Costs for Recovery of Missing Pet.

Section D
Reimbursement of Boarding Kennel / Cattery Fees (In The Event of Insured Being Hospitalized)
Up to RM 50 – per Day
RM 1,000 – Maximum Limit

Section E
Reimbursement of Burial and Cremation Fees.
Up to RM 1,000 – Burial and Cremation of Pet Due to Accidental Death

Section F
Third Party Liability.
RM 50,000 – Third Party Liability

Age Limit for Pet

8 weeks to 10 years old

Age Limit for Insured / Owner

18 years old and above

Special Extension

Cover whilst the Pet is in quarantine station and / or whilst in transit from the quarantine station to the Insured’s residing address.

Annual Premium

Gross Premium – RM490
Stamp Duty – RM10
Total Premium – RM500

Subjectivity

The Insured is required to furnish us of all relevant information that may affect the insurance provided under this Policy or influence our decision whether to provide cover more specifically as described below:-

Copy of Purchase Invoice.
Copy of Import Permit (applicable imported pet).
Copy of Birth Certificate / Confirmation of registration of Micro-chipped pet.
